Once you get your blog or website up the next step is marketing the presence and earning from the traffic that you build. Before you start marketing understand that you need to have content on your website. Marketing without content is the same as opening a store without any products. Sure you will get people, but as soon as they see you offer very little they will bounce quicker than they came. After the content is created the next step is beginning to build links. There are several places across the web that offer links the first place you should go is directorycritic.com. Next you should start submitting articles to article directories. Article directories will allow you to create an authors resource with two links. Once you have your marketing plan up and running the next step is making money from the traffic you are getting. The best way to earn money from the traffic is from commissions off of selling other peoples products. You can chose from thousands of products by using the Amazon Associates program or going to Clickbank.com.
