Scam alert- Scammers on the prowl through the darkness of the Internet- DON’T fall for it!
The aim of this article is to provide people with some welcome information on scam sellers. With the way the economy changed towards buying online, it opened up many opportunities for scam artists to make lots of money from the general public. This really annoys me as i can’t stand people who think that they can go round doing this- have they got no morals?! That’s why i am writing this article in the first place, just to try and give people more information so that they don’t fall for the sort of scams that have taken many people victim.
The first thing to look out for, when looking out for scams, is a secure connection. If you are not taken to a secure payment page when you order a product then DO NOT buy from this site! If they don’t have this protection then it is definitely not worth the risk as it means that anyone with a good computer knowledge-base would be able to get hold of your details (credit/debit card, name, address, telephone number, postcode and whatever else you are asked to provide at the time). It’s a very scary thought that someone could get everything about you that they need to spend
